To develop a resource forecast based on a known pipeline of work with the assistance of our Business Fulfilment Managers (Portfolio Account Managers), then developing and agreeing a resourcing approach or model with each of the appointed Client Project Managers.
The pipeline of work is driven from business need. The pipeline is managed by a Business Fulfilment Manager (Account Manager). Each Business Fulfilment Manager is aligned to a particular business area.

The resource forecast accuracy for pipelines of work can vary due to client’s changing business requirements. This impacts the ability to forecast long-term resource requirements in some of our client’s key development areas, and such instances call for readiness with immediate access to skilled talent.
