Q1. Does Tech Talenta provide starting details for New Hires before commencement; including initial location/contact details?
A1. Yes. All new hires are provided with full details of assigment; including location and contact details.

Q2. Will there be a delegated personnel within Tech Talenta who will provide support during the term of my assignment?
A2. Yes. You will be nominated a one point of contact, namely a Contractor Relations Consultant (CRC) who will be assigned to each contractor. Contractors will be provided with all contact details and the CRCs will provide full support during the term of the assignment.

Q3. How will Tech Talenta deal with any contractual related issues?
A3. Tech Talenta has a dedicated legal team who will assist in any contractual related issues, your CRC will mediate to close any contractual issues.

Q4. Will I be provided with a contact on-site during the term of the assignment?
A4. All contractors will be provided with a end client and Tech Talenta Line Manager who will be available to support contractors throughout assignments.

Q5. How and when will I be paid?
A5. All contractors will be paid monthly, our dedicated Finance Team will ensure all payments are made on time.

Q6. Will my self-employed company suffice for registration and administration.
A7. No. You will need to register with a limited company or set up your own limited company. Full details will be provided to you before commencing the project.

Q7. Are you aware of fundamental IR35 related issues?
A7. Yes. Our contracts team are fully aware IR35 compliant related issues.

Q8. How will I decide from setting up my own limited company to registering with Limited, Umbrella or PAYE?
A8. An overview of the different options and advice on the best way forward will be provided to you by your Contractor Relations Consultant.

Q9. I am coming to the end of my assignment; now what?
A9. Your extension will be queried through your line manager and full details will be provided to you before the end of your current assignment.

Q10. I have finished my assignment and need references, who should I contact?
A10. Your Contractor Relations Consultant will provide you with a basic reference, your line manager will be available should you require a more detailed reference.

Q11. How will my pay rate be reflected?
A11. Pay rates are driven from market demands, they can be either hourly or daily in GBP currency.

Q12. Can I end my assignment early should the need arise?
A12. Yes. All contractors will be provided with a notice period, which will be stated in the contract.

Q13. Can I claim for any expenses incurred during the term of my assignment?
A13. Yes. An expenses form will be provided and expenses will be paid once approved by your Line Managers.

Q14. Do I need to inform anyone if I am not able to attend work?
A14. Yes. You will need to inform your Contractor Relations Consultant in writing, along with a filled leave application, who will in turn inform your Line Managers.

Q15. Will I be provided with any information prior to starting my assignment?
A15. Yes. You will be provided with a welcome pack, which will provide all information, paperwork and necessary documents prior to your start date.

Q16. Will I need to sign a contract?
A17. Yes. You will need to sign a contract between Tech Talenta and your Limited Company.
