Established in 1999, as one of the strategic initiatives of Tech Mahindra Limited, a separate business division was created to facilitate staff augmentation. The purpose of this initiative was to address the shortage of specialised IT skills. Whilst providing cost effective and cutting edge technology solutions to clients, there is a continuous need for additional IT skills from the local market to supplement the consultancy skills provided by employees. A new business division was started to launch services to search and select talent i.e. IT contractors with niche skills from the local market to work on the company’s owned client projects, whereby the rights to hire these contractors vested with the client.

Over the last nine years this business division has undergone a number of changes in managerial leadership and branding. As of 1st September 2008 the business division has been named TECH TALENTA and it continues to build on the strong relationships it has gained with its key clients.

Tech Talenta UK, through partnerships with its premium clients has established a number of key relationships with large enterprise clients, providing IT contractors with niche skills to include application design and integration, content delivery, systems integration, network element development, network design and planning, network roll out, network and infrastructure support, data storage, billing and mediation, business analysis, product management, project and programme management, business management, business process management, and sales and marketing.

In working with our clients, we have ensured the highest levels of service, through employing experienced staff with the right mix of HR / Recruitment & technical backgrounds who have a sound understanding of the IT industry and its technologies.
