Tech Talenta believes service levels are key to enable and inform strategic level decision-making in the management of the relationship between any client and Tech Talenta; to support day-to-day management and delivery of the Services; and, to provide information between the client and Tech Talenta on Performance in respect of the Services.
Tech Talenta is committed to continuous improvement of the Services as highlighted above and can be supported through reviews of Service Levels.
Tech Talenta carry out such reviews at agreed intervals or as required by our clients.
Tech Talenta shall be responsible for measuring and reporting the availability and performance of the Service Levels in each Measurement Period and make available to the client any additional data that they may require to allow it to verify Service Levels.
Our client’s shall have the right to audit all aspects of all data collection and analysis for the purposes of calculating Service Levels.
An extensive service level should be developed and enhanced as the scope of services provided develop and as a further part of continuous improvement and Tech Talenta’s partnership strategy.
