Our service delivery model operates on four principal drivers – People, Processes, Client and the Contractor. Together these operate as an integrated and evolving unit to help us consistently enhance value delivery to our clients and contractors while creating new value added services faster, simply, more consistently in a efficient way and at a lower cost.
People: Our people are an interesting blend of industry experts- a mix that we believe gives us the capability edge and creativity edge. For instance, our Resourcing consultants include people with a track record in IT industry as well as technical recruitment. Our consultants proactively believe in networking with industry professionals to gain a deeper understanding in their chosen field of technologies and hotskills they specialize in.
Processes : Our commitment to ensuring accuracy, diligence, speed and integrity is reflected in significant investments we make in technology , training and re-engineering. Our Process Excellence (PE) initiatives are cross functional and encompass rigorous adherence to our stakeholders quality standards, measurement and review, attention to quality mindset as a force multiplier, scientific measurement of client satisfaction and lean practices to deliver continuous improvement. For instance, recently we have instituted a two-phase , eight point due-diligence checks process which ensures that we complete a set of background checks before candidates join any assignment in the fist phase and complete referencing and adherence to compliance training processes within a fortnight of start. This gives both our clients and contractors an enhanced level of assurance.
Client Engagement model : Our Client engagement model encompasses the application of a relationship management unit, client site co-ordinators, management of service offerings with a keen understanding of the client-side business drivers and strict adherence to agreed service level agreements. All these are backed by a robust back-end in terms of technology, people and processes. The client interfaces with our client-site Account Manager and Senior Consultant.
Contractor Engagement Model : We aim to develop deep and enduring professional relationships with the contractors. Our contractor relations team run initaitives such as campaigns on “People Care”. Our dedicated team of contractor relations consultants also ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
