Tech Talenta can provide a report on the service level within an agreed time period and at the ad hoc request of a client’s stakeholders.
Tech Talenta proposes a bi-annual strategic review with key stakeholders including Tech Talenta senior management and directorial sponsors and a quarterly review with the client’s line management and the Tech Talenta account team.
Tech Talenta have worked to and have helped our client’s develop Service Level Agreements throughout the last 20 years.
