Tech Talenta works with clients to understand exactly what they want from a day-to-day relationship; the company’s aim is to offer a high level of accountability and personal service. This will be based on a regular dialogue and constant communication of feedback on all areas of the management of the client account team.

Tech Talenta’s principles of delivery are based around clear transparent processes. An intrinsic part of the recruitment process is the continual improvement of our service through a regulated system of review and feedback. For this reason we recommend regular review meetings between key team members from the Client and Tech Talenta in addition to the ingoing internal performance and service level measurements applied by Tech Talenta senior management to the Account team.
